Exchange Policy

Our Commitment:

At Ardonna, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you throughout the process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for exchange:

"The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and include all original tags. It must be returned in its original packaging."

Exchange Process:

Contact us at ardonnaofficial@gmail.com within the eligible exchange period.

Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

The exchange process typically takes 10-15 business days. Once exchange completed, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

Price Difference:

If you choose an item with a higher value than the one you’re exchanging, we will send you a payment link to cover the price difference.

If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lower value, you are required to select additional product(s) to match the original order amount.

Please Note, any remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare case of a damaged item, manufacturing defect, or incorrect order:

Email us a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be offered store credit or the option to exchange the item for another product.

Exchange Fee:

A flat ₹200 exchange fee will be applicable for all exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Sale Items

All sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

Important Information

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. For damaged or incorrect items, store credit will be issued or an exchange will be facilitated.

Store credit will be valid till 6 months.
